You may be requested to send some or all of the following documents, depending on the reason you are being asked to verify your identity.
NOTE: Make sure that your name, photograph, address, signature and other important details are clearly visible and legible prior to uploading any documents to us.
PHOTOGRAPHIC ID
This can be any of the following documents:
- Passport - main identification page
- Drivers License - Front and Back
- National Identity Card - Front and Back
We also accept the following documents for ID verification purposes:
- Permanent Resident Card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status
- Provincial Services Card
- Provincial or Territorial Identity Card
PROOF OF ADDRESS
This is a document which shows your name and address. This can be any of the following documents:
- A recent Card statement
- A Utility Bill may also be required, but only if we specifically ask you to send this to us. It can be a Water, Gas, Electricity, Telephone or Cable TV bill.
CARD COPIES
A copy of the front and back of the Card used to fund your account.
IMPORTANT: Block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit Security Code (CVV) at the back of the card.
NOTARIZED DOCUMENTATION
- This may also be requested depending on the amount of your withdrawal request.
- This should be provided by a Notary and certifies that details, such as a signature on a legal document is authentic/legitimate by affixing a Notary's stamp and signature.
