To do a password reset, proceed with the following steps:
1. On our login page, click 'Forgot Password'.
2. Enter your username, email address or mobile number, then click 'Continue'.
3. Choose how you want to receive the password reset details i.e. 'Email' or 'Text message (SMS)'; click 'Next Step'.
4. Check for our email/SMS and click the link OR enter the Pin Code online (see below); click 'Next Step'.
5. Both the link OR entering the Pin Code manually, directs you to our 'Password Reset' page; simply enter your new password, confirm and click 'Save'.
